2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Brakes and Power Steering Problems

My truck makes a whining noise in the morning when I start it. I can feel vibration in the brake pedal. I checked the fluid when I got to work it is foamy. I also noticed that my power steering isn't what it used to be, it hangs when I'm trying to get it out of our offices tight parking lot.



Any ideas or suggestions on diagnosing and/or repairs.

Had a 97 in the shop, it had very little assist, it was blowing ps fluid out the cap, etc. The valve in the pump was stuck, I took it out and took the inner ck ball and screen apart cleaned and polished the valve, flushed out the pump and it worked out great. Thanks for the post!
