Steering Wheel Lock-up?

At wits end someone please help. Have had front brakes replaced three times since owning my 99 Dodge Diesel. Just put on new front brakes lines, pads, rotors and callipers. When I put on brakes it pulls to the left. Steering wheel does not rotate left but the truck pulls left. About once a week I smell a heavy smell of brake burning coming from the front left wheel. I have new brakes on rear w/new wheel cylinders. HELP PLEASE... .

It sounds to me like your caliper mounting pins were not properly lubed so the caliper is sticking. You can lube them without removing the caliper if you do them one at a time. I use an allen headed socket to remove the pins. I use SilGlide that you can get at NAPA to lube them. The sliding surfaces where the caliper contacts the mount should be smooth and lubed.
