Remove the 2 caliper bolts. Pry out the caliper. Hang it somewhere (don't let it hang from the hose).
Pry out the pads, slide in the new ones. Compress the caliper pistons (should crack the bleeder, but it will most likely snap off in the caliper, I compressed mine w/o opening the system and haven't had any problems, but it is not recommended).
Fenangle the caliper back in place, and tighten the bolts.
Done.
After figuring out how to doit on the rears, I did the front set of pads (both sides) in 20 minutes. It goes fast once you figure it out.
