My friend has an 02' 4wd less than 70k auto stock (no war. ) and when you turn the steering wheel with the engine running the brake pedal goes down all by it's self and the truck will not move. It just happened in a parking lot with no warning. The fluid level is good and thier was no foam. We took the return line from the booster to the pump off and blew through it and was not blocked. With the return hose off and engine running very little fluid comes out then when you turn the wheel or hit the brake (one or the other or both) it comes out in a nice steady stream. I am asuming it's the booster which is most likely pretty $$$. Just wanted another opinion. I have a service man. for a 99. Under "Brakes self apply" It says Dump valve faulty, contaminated fliud, or restricted return line- the first 2 of which require booster replacement. Been a member for 2 years but this is my first post. Hope this makes sense.
