brakes wearing uneven

A couple weeks ago I had to replace a front rotor bc the pad had work. Out at one end but still had over an eighth inch of wear material on the other end of the same pad. Now I have the same issue on one side of the back but the other side in the back still has plenty of wear material. Any idea what the cause and or cure is?

Just got to make sure everything is clean, the sliding pins, opening where the rubber sleeve goes in is free of rust, new rubber for the pins. Also use good quality lubricant specifically for brakes on the pins and inside the rubber sleeve. Sounds like the caliper is binding on the mount. you should be able to slide caliper very easily with your hand back and forth.

Is replacing the rear rotor as big of a PITA as it sounds like it is.

Have to pull the axle and hub off I think. The srw is easy.
