Have the brake shoes ever been contaminated with oil or brake fluid? I have seen this cause "sticky" brakes on many different vehicles.....

Greg if its just one of your rear ties locking up its the adjacent seal in the rearend cost me $160 to have it replaced by Baldersons in lancaster on my "98 ... . If its more than just one .....

I had what I thought to be too good of a brake pedal for the past year I'd owned my truck until 2wks. ago when the front caliper stuck. Went to Advanced and bought rebuilt calipers($30ea. ) and all 3 new rubber lines(about $20ea. ) and flushed all the rust/fluid out of the system. Amazing difference and well worth a few bucks.

When you apply the brakes, does the peddle seem to almost self-apply, and does it have a slight delay in releasing when you remove the peddle pressure? If the answer is yes or any where near yes, I would check the hydraboost for a problem. If the answer is no then you might check the pressure in the front system and the rear system. The rear may not be applying enough to help stop, so the fronts are doing it all.
