I finally got two new drums and installed them today-so much better,no shake. The guy who turned the originals wanted to recheck them (I bought the new ones from him)we put them on his lathe and couldn't find any runout,they must spring out of shape when lug nuts are tightened? Thanks to all who offered help!

Glad to hear your brakes are fixed Jim.

My rear drums are out-of-round too. I'm tired of the shakes. It gets worse in hot weather.

Where did you get your new drums? How much were they?

HemiDart I bought my drums from a local repaire shop,they are wagner as a brand name for what ever thats worth. $75. 00 a pop,may have been thier cost,I do a lot buisness with them on a company truck.
