Ya know all of this talk about go and none about whoa, can't be such a good thing. I bought my truck about a year ago, with about 129,000 miles. I haven't ever looked at the rears but the front pads are about done for. Here is the question, can anyone recommend a make of pads that excells over any other, or is the pair from CarQuest, AutoZone just as good?

Chris,

Insist on Raybestos. If you can't get them my experience is that all the others are seocnd rate. Kinda like Michelen tires. If you don't buy Michelens it doesn't matter, all the others are about the same.
