Any aftermarket or performance rotors and pads available for the 2003s??

The first question I have is why? Mine brakes very well with a stock setup. At near 20k on the truck with a fair amount of in-town driving, the pads still look like I have about 2/3 to go.

With close to 40k, my breaks are starting to get weak. It is not that I am unhappy with the stock setup, but if there is a better aftermarket alternative then I want to know about it. I am just looking at what my options are when it comes time to replace them. If I have to replace something anyways, I would rather improve upon it if I can.
