2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Brand New 2002 on dealers lot! Whats it worth???

It is a 2002 2500 2wd HO 6spd Quad Cab Short Bed. Has most options, Alum wheels but no CD sticker is 31+++. NADA shows it at 26,500 it has 15 miles.

The truck is a super clean used truck. If you pay any thing above the book price for that year low miles super clean used price you may as well just throw the difference away. The second you sign the sales agreement you have a used truck. The dealers in Phoenix are knocking 6 to 8 grand off 03 prices just to move them.

A dealer near me has 03 4doors w H. O. & 6speeds for 28,998. PM if you want the info. 2500 of course. :--)

I asked about it about 8 months ago and they said like just under $28xxx.

You would think they would let you have it for $100 over... . or less!!!!

Dumb Dealer

Some of these dealers are so dumb you wonder how the hell they stay in business. Unless this is the truck of your dreams I would just go on line and look around. I have seen some super deals on the inter-net. For that matter you can call around and find some good deals. I bought a 'vett years ago by just calling every dealer I could find till I got one who wanted to move a car that day. We did the deal over the phone and that was 30 years ago. I know with email and all you can do better these days.

There are a couple of sales guys that watch this board and I bet if you put an add " I want to buy a truck ASAP" one or more of them would find you.
