Showed up on the 21st, still smells like paint. It's pretty fresh, build date 10/14/19 and it landed here on 10/21/19...

Must be a catastrophic engine failure somewhere in one of my bays, Cummins will in some instances send a new engine for Warranty instead of a Recon if the vehicle has low mileage....

I can't imagine there are many recon engines available for something that new. Let us know what happened when you find out...

Question for you all. How many differences can you spot between this engine and the Ram version? Some are obvious . Some aren't. One that isn't is that it was build in a different plant altogether. This engine was built in Whitaker NC. They built/build "B" and "C" engine there for non Chrysler applications.
