Archived Brand new truck with less than 4k on the odometer and PS pump leaking.

That is the link to my post on DTW. This is not acceptable and IM ******. truck runs great steers and handle like a horse drawn wagon. Anyone else have their truck shaking at 70 mph? Or how about their power steering pump leaking? This is for an 05 Ram 2500 4x4 LWB QC. Tomorrow im off to :-{} with the dealership and contacting chrysler today. IM not happy at all!! No mods to suspension or motor either. Only a BD short shifter for a mod. I will be up Dodges rear all day tomorrow. Especially with GM recalling their silverados for leaking PS pumps and hoses last week. I definitely not looking for an engine fire at all. Would hate to get stuck with the ugly 06 front end. :{

Please take a breath first. When 30,000 parts are assembled, there can easily be one or more bad ones. The issue you may have is the fix!!!

Ok feel a little better now. Dealer found the right rear rim was bent. New one will be on by friday. And its not the PS pump but the input shaft of the power steering box. Mechanic said some just dont seal right and he put a 1once bottle of dye in it to trace exactly where the leak is coming from. He also said that a new seal is 90% fix for this.
