Central KY Smokeout--May 21st and 22nd, 2010

IIRC Bridgeway owns several outlets?

Several years ago my then '01 Ram developed a badly leaking water pump while towing up in Michigan. I ended up at a Bridgeway Cummins dealer for an emergency water pump replacement.

An ugly, overweight female(?) service writer with an attitude tried to rip me off big time. It's been a long time and I don't remember the exact numbers any longer but she tried to bill me $200 or $300 for the pump and five or six hours for labor. I threw a fit and threatened complaints to her parant corporataion, the MI attorney general, Cummins, and everyone else I could think of. She backed down and reduced the bill significantly but still ripped me off.

I would not trust the company without a written and signed estimate up front.

I have never had them turn a wrench on my truck but I do go there once every couple months to pick up filters and any other engine parts that I need for upcoming projects. They have always been prompt and courteous.

Oh, btw, I go to the one in Columbus.
