Brighter Headlights

Anybody know which bulbs are in the 98 Ram? I would like to replace them with some aftermarket from JCWhitney. Also, does anyone know what the circuit can carry in watts?

I'm running 9004's in my 01. 5 with 80-100 watt bulbs. I haven't had a problem to date and other's have posted that they haven't either. I paid about $4. 95 ea for the greenlite brand, and I bought a spare just in case. I would recommend going with the white bulbs, not that tinted blue version. If you have a good autoparts store nearby, you might be able to get them quicker and just as cheap as J. C Whitney since you don't pay shipping. Just my $0. 02.
