2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission brite box/ bright box, is there a way to do it yourself?

I had read before that there is an easy way to set up a britebox feature of high+low beams at the same time with the 2001 and 2002, can anyone direct me? I tried searching but it did not come up.
