i have an air dog fuel system. This is not involved.

The leak is the factory return fuel line broken at fuel module (top of tank where the factory lines once did attach).

The male that sticks out that the line is attached to has snapped off. (it had been leaking, lowered tank to find leak and it popped off while i was wiggling lines at the factory fuel tank module.

I can get the male out of the clip assembly, but what or how is the best repair.

Do i just try to T it to air dog return?

I have removed the factor fuel pump and did the gut according to the instructions.

TIA

Jesse

okay i got if fixed.

I cut the factory black stiff plastic hose that comes from the motor, put 1/4 fuel line over it, and ran the 1/4 tube to a new T I installed in the 3/4 hose that is part of the fill tube assembly.

Tested and it works great.
I siliconed the broken tit hole.

*on a side note, i ran the truck with the return line disconnected, ran and plugged it with my finger and the idle lowered, and it started stumbling like lack of fuel... .

But again this is the injector return line..... i thought it was weird to act like that when i plugged it...
Any ideas?
