I've got a broken u-joint on the front 4wd driveshaft. Removed the 4 bolts where the yoke attaches to the transfer case, hit it with a hammer some but couldnt get it to break loose. Do I just need to hit it some more or is there something more holding it besides the 4 bolts? If anyone has a shop manual {truck is a 2004} could they post or send me a scan of the removal procedure? Thanks!

it sounds like a typical front driveshaft. It's probably just stuck due to rust. I'd hit it with some GOOD penitrating lube... . not WD40. Hit it with a hammer again, or if you can, use the shaft as leverage against it. On mine, I typically take the 4 bolts out, pull the front at the Diff, and use the end up by the diff to leverage down on the T-case end.
