Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) bubbles

When i checked my trans fliuld, I found bubbles on the stick. Is this an indiaction of it getting hot? I had no load in it, just driving around town. Also the overdrive takes a little alonger to go in. Could this trans be going on it way out? Thanks, Rick M.

Rick, Not to worry about the bubbles. It will get bubbles when it's up to operating temps best thing to do is shut down, wait 10-15 minutes start back up and check it again.
