I've been though Buckley, it's a nice town in a beautiful area. Only problem is that it will probably be under 300 feet of mud when Mt Rainer erupts again. Geologists say it's not a matter of if but when.

A good real estate website to check out is http://www.johnlscott.com . You can configure the search to look for vacant land or homes on acreage. I did a lot of searching on the net, and this company had the best website, IMO. Buckley is in Pierce County.
