Frijole and I put ours on Tues. . Went to Home Depot and bought fiberglass window screen, cut to size and tie wraped on. Cost $5 and does not cover the grill, just the heat transfer devices behind the grill.
I found the best bug brush for getting thoes smashed in, cooked on critters out of the fins w/out damaging the fins. Used the dog's slicker brush. The one with the rubber pad and rows of little wire teeth. Had it clean in a jiffy.

I'm w/ J on this... Some fiberglass screen mesh from your local home improvement super center, scissors and some nylon tie wraps and wha... la...

I lay it mess over the top of everything, condenser, intercooler, etc. , and make sure it's long enough to screen the vent holes in the bumper as well, put a some tie wraps up top over and through the raditor core support and trim a notch to completely clear the hood latch and it's other parts.

This way on finely strained bug guts get into my cores, no hard shells or bodies. Just lift the screen out from bottom, sweep off the reminants and rinse off the cores underneath, tuck the screen back in and ready for more wholesale bug killing than raid could dream of!

The background image appears to be a Lund bug front installed on the Ram. (Notice the nice blackout effect?) Not sure on the baby or wannabe Ram (Dakota). I've seen the Lund's front on many trucks and it looks great and is on my shopping list to install before skeeter season.

I went to the hardware store, bought some screen wire and frame, cut the frame and wire to size, amd made a bug screen tide it to the front of the radiator, work's great, you have to look hard to see it through the grill.
