Build your own winch bumper?

Have any of you built your own winch bumper for an '06 and have any suggestions, tips, or photos to share?
I have built winch bumpers for my last three trucks, and decided to go commercial on the '06, but the one I ordered had problems so I sent it back and am trying to decide whether to tackle building another.

Home Made Bumpers

I'm heading off to Guatemala for 8 days, but when I get back I'm going to start in on one for my '07. I made one for my '97 Chevy and put a Milemarker Hydraulic winch on it. Of course, you can only get new steel in 20' lengths, so I still have enough in the barn to make front and rear bumpers for this truck. I'll be using 4"x6" rectangular tubing. I'll see if I can figure out how to post pictures when I get it done.

I posted at the time that I recommend buying commercial too! Still haven't mounted the winch, but that is in the long term plan.

3/16" plate and 4" x 0. 218" wall pipe - weighs in at around 275 pounds.

Here is a pic of one on my 05 Ram and my Ford Conversion. Building one on an 06/07 would not be to hard, just match the body lines and build whatever you want. There are more photos in my RR if you want to look. I enjoy building them. Have fun on yours!
