My Outlook Monitor was acting up so I called Bully Dog. They told me to send it back to them. I disconnected the monitor and the truck threw a code. "Low boost". I cleared the code. On the way to the post office the code came back and there was no power. After I got home I cleared the code but it kept coming back. Put the map sensor plug back to the original location, cleared the code again and all seems to be fine. I know that removing the monitor had something related to throwing the code, I just don't know what it is. Could someone please explain what happened?Just curious. Thanks in advance.

if you just disconnected the monitor with out all other connections ,it is not completing the circuit it is open, and the bus network will see this and set codes, whe that code comes up it kills power because pcm cannot monitor the boost in the intake manifold, that is the job of map sensor, hope this helps you out
