What has been the experence with the Power Pup reower,Fule economey

and how does it compair with others?? I am looking to get a new used truck and will do upgraids . (I curently have a 2x 03 6 speed with afe,banks exhast, with a airoturbin,and a VanAkins box)

I like the looks of the PowerPup... or the fact once its loded its gone

Might as well buy it. I'm sure your keystarts will be re-set, and if you have a skim key you'll get the P0633 code (P0633 SKIM Key Not Programmed in PCM), so your dealer will know you had a downloader installed at one point or another.



If you buy it, you won't regret it. My truck seems happier running the tow mode over stock.

I picked up the mileage I lost by going to 35" tires, about 1 to 1. 5 mpg if I keep my foot out of it.

heck I left a local guy run mine for a ouple weeks. he apparently got used to it and didn't think he was going to feel the difference when I went to repo it. Next day he was calling and ordering one.

I gave the "try before you buy" a shot and apparently the clown didn't know what he was doing. Absolutely no difference. He told me not to expect any change in performance because the bullydog isn't what it's cracked up to be. He also said that he hasn't had any customers experience any change with the "try before you buy". BS I am sure. I know that there is supposed to be a big difference in power because a buddy of mine has a PP and on performance it runs pretty good for just a downloader. I myself am still up in the air on which box I want. I am kinda leaning toward the juice w/ attitude. Just my . 02.
