has anyone tried one of these yet? is it better than the edge evolution with the screen? i have a workhorse chip now and want to get one with the screen for power adjustments and guages too. this looks neat, but i don't want to be the ginuea pig either.

I can't answer about any other programmer but I have A Triple Dog with the monitor and love it. 2 miles to the gall improvement across the board and very easy to install. Also if you find a dealer they have a "Try Before You Buy" and it's a free download for a set number of key starts.

i think i am going to try one, can you dial it down, or return the engine to stock power levels and still keep the guages and fuel economy screens going? i am not looking for huge power increases because this truck has to last me forever, don't want to damage it, but i like the guage readout screens

If you get the Outlook Monitor with it you get the screen and you can go from stock, tow, performance, and extreme at the touch of a finger. Also with the monitor you can program three out the four sections of the monitor to whatever you choose from the list. Also the Triple Dog you can uninstall and reinstall in Ford or Chevy.

I have had the Triple Dog for 3 years now. Use it on '04. 5, 5. 9 3500. I like it because it is a programmer, not an add on chip. Very easy to install and uninstall. Has 3 settings giving up to 100? hp and 140? ft/lb torque in extreme mode. You will think you have a completely different truck in extreme! However, I did not see any increase in MPG. But it does make the engine run much smoother than stock. As previously said, it can be used with dodge, ford or chevy. I believe the "try before you buy" is the extreme version, but you can call Bully Dog tech support and get info from them if you have any questions during your trial.

where do you reccomend purchasing at? i found a couple on ebay for 150. 00 less than what bullydog is advertising, but don't know if i should trust them or not

I got mine in 2006 while we were racing at Mopars At The Strip in Las Vegas. I got it from Diesel Depot in Aberdeen Idaho They had a booth set up there. I dealt with Kyle Anderson at 1-800-499-8577.

I've got a Bullydog PMT. I've not been able to figure out the difference between that and the GT, other than maybe the things that tell you if you are driving efficiently? Anyway, I've been very happy with the PMT.
