Truck is a two wheel drive 2005 dually. I need new front bump stops on the A frame. How do you remove them? Can't see a bolt on the bottom of the A frame. Thought I would just go get new ones and that would give me a hint on how to replace them but can't find the part. The existing ones are almost powder like and definitely need replacing. The parts places here in town do not have a part listed for a two wheel drive truck. They have a part for four wheel drive trucks. In looking around, I find various bump stops, but mine are so deteriorated that I can't determine the size. Dealer might have them, but can't imagine what they would cost.
Thanks in advance for any help.

I had to replace both on my last truck and Ranger has the correct part number of 52113300-AB. I had to pry them out with large channel locks and a pry bar. They press into place and lock into place on the lower control arm. It's a real PITA geting them in and I had to lube them up then use a hydraulic ram to get them in so make sure the seating area on the lower control arm is very clean.

Would it be esier to just take a saws-all to them?

I don't think so, The bottom part of the stop is formed to stay in place once pressed into the lower control arm. Even if you could cut the top portion out you'd still have to get the bottom out of the control arm. You might try a 24" pipe wrench and pry it out by pushing down against the control arm but there isn't a lot of room to work. I was also going to drill a hole though the stop near the control arm and put a bar through and pry down but it came out with a huge pair of Channel locks and a pry bar.
It was a lot easier to get out than getting it back in.
