2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Bumper Question

Recently had a small crash w/my Ram. Screwed up the front bumper, now I'm looking to re-place it. Question I have is, in the 94-2000 2nd generation trucks, is there any difference in the 1500, 2500 or 3500 series FRONT bumpers, or can I buy any series and replace my dented one? My sincerest thanks to all that reply.

nope no difference, all the same except sport models

Bolt pattern at the frame rail changed in 96. 96-02 is same for 2500/3500. 1500 changed in 2002 to 3rd Generation. Try a Ute Bullbar and you won't get mangled so easy.

What Randy said. Get a REAL bumper with grille guard. I did after hitting a deer.

TDR member hit a 6 point buck in 2002 at 80 MPH w/ Ute Bullbar. No damage to the truck... . bloody mess though.
