Bus 5.9's?

I had a friend that can get 5. 9 bus engines really cheap. Would people be interested in them for conversion or they are less desirable. JB

i'll find out more details. . too answer a few question... these engines are decent running engines. . just that our state says you can use these buses after a certain number of years. JB

Seems funny the buses wouldn't be sold as complete trucks. There is alot of interest in older buses for different venues. Something about the typical school bus driver makes me leary of putting anything out of one in a daily driver.

I'd interested in them for a beater or resale possibilities.
