Busted upper tailgate cable attachment point

Last night, while trying to do my nehpew a favor by hauling (too much, it turns out) lumber, I busted the upper attachment pin/rivet/bolt/whatever for the tailgate cable. It left a hole. Is this thing just like a bolt with a nut on the back side or is there more to it?



BTW: trashed out my tailgate, too. Bummer. Anyone got a spare?
