I'd say you better have it in such a way you can say NO to the transaction if it doesn't meet your satisfaction.
Alot of dealers are doing the Ebay thing instead of using the local car auction.
I hate buying something I can't look at before hand.
I bought a car sight unseen except for pics, not on ebay, but on a website, it was worth what I paid, but not the GREAT deal I thought it was.
Live and learn.
In the real world there are crooks and good guys, on the internet, it's easier for them to hide.
There is a dealer that sells alot on ebay, he has good feedback.
BUT he is a smokin crook.
If it is a dealer, find his name in his ad and do a search on google or other website for that name and any other name you can find in the ad.
I almost bought a truck from this dealer and found nothing but bad, BAD stuff out about him on google.
