what is the buzz i am hearing now? when i turn on the key it makes a buzz then once i start it it or leave key on for a few it stops. it wasn't there before and it sounds like a buzz for a light out or something like that. no codes and i can't find any dash lights out. any ideas?

Just a wild guess but I wonder if your LP is making enought noise that you can hear it in the cab. I know that vibrations can telegraph through metel and sound like they are from a different source. Try having someone listen by the tank when you first turn the key on and see if the noise goes away after the fuel system pressures up. I know that with the old style frame mounted LP I can hear it cycle when I first power up and it then quites down when pressure is reached.

Just a thought... . I just put autometer gauges in Pyro, Boost, Fuel pressure, and i notice when i turn the key on i get a buzz noise also. Before the gauges i had Di-pricol gauges and they were quiet as can be... . The only thing i am thinking is it could be the stepper motor in the gauges..... Just a thought..... Dont know what gauges your running but figured i would throw my . 02 out there...

i do have autometer gauges and i know it isn't the pump i have a fast and i can hear that. this sounds as if it is in the dash not the gauge though. it may be tricking me though. it only buzzes for a few sec then it goes away. it is like a dash light out buzz. but none are out. wouldn't cruise buzz all the time?

I think its a gauge... . as before i went to these autometer gauges i did not have any buzzes... and now i do... . It only does it for a short time..... maybe a 2-3 second buzz... .
