BYPASS Oil Return Location

In my 04, I went to install a bypass oil system using the right side dipstick boss location for the return line and guess what, the boss in the block casting is still there but it is no longer drilled and pluged. Cummings saved $ by not drilling the hole and then plugging it. No wonder these trucks are so cheap any more.

I am in the process of modifying an oil filler cap to accept my bypass return. I'll post pics when I get all the issues worked out.
