I just received an aluminum rear diff cover from them and it came opened and appears damaged! Chris the manager would not pay for return shipping and did not stand behind his product at all. The cover was shipped to me out of package, bolts loose, looks used! I would not recommend them at all! When I am done repackaging it they will be receiving back in better shape than how I got it! It is disappointing talking to a company that could care less about it's customers! Stick with Genos!!

I think I would dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Like Tractorat said. Additionally, I'd see if their website has an email address and copy this post sending to them. Sucks when companies don't do the right thing.
Oh, if you have to pay for return shipping for the damaged item use your credit card and contest this charge with cc company too. You have a no brainers case for sure
