2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Cab and bed style

In what year did Dodge start to offer the extended cab short bed? I think they had extended cab long bed(not quad cab or 4 door)in 93?, just guessing. I am looking for a 93-98 12v extended cab. I like the long bed but would prefer short bed. Any tips or suggestions would help. Thanks

Try looking for a 98 Quad cab short bed 12v (98. 5 has the 24v).

Best of both worlds!

The only 12v shortbed was produced in 1998. You can either pick the club cab (very rare) or the quad cab that year. Remember you will also get the new interior with the 98. I prefer a 1996 or 1997 myself... .
