cab and chassis question

Hi again, I have a rear door on my 2014 ram 3500 cab and chassis that the dome light and door lock quit working. After reading post from this site about bad wires I pulled the door panel off and started checking for broken wires in the harness between the door and the pillar. I noticed at this time there are speakers in the rear door that don't work, I read that the cab and chassis have them installed but they won't work from the factory. Can anyone confirm that??

I have not seen a harness problem on a 14 yet I have seen a few latches fail.If your audio option code says you have rear door speakers they should work

Thanks, I will keep checking it out. I just did the vin decoder on the truck and it doesn't say anything about the audio system. I am going to guess since the radio won't fade to the back two they must not be operational. I think I will call the dealer tomorrow and ask them about it.
