The bed on my truck seems to be higher on one side and lower on the other. It must have been an oversight on my part, but I just happen to notice it this past week. It's never been wrecked, or had any bodywork done at all.

In particular, the tell tale indicator is where the front of the bed meets the cab. I am using the "grooves" on the side of the sheetmetal / bodywork for reference where they come together. (The ones that run the length of the truck on both sides. )

It's off by maybe 1/2". Real irritating everytime I think about. I noticed a lot of Dodge trucks around town with the same mis-matched bodywork.

How does one lift the bed up to meet the other sheetmetal grooves, so the darn thing matches up on both sides? Is it a matter of replacing rubber body mounts with poly?
