On my 2014, My third brake light on the cab has developed a leak which has water running into to the rear of the cab. The light was full of water when it was removed. Anyone else experiencing the same problem.

Fairly common, it sounds like the dealers will just use RTV on the gasket if you take it in.

Just last weekend I did this:

Can't say personally how well it works yet, but as he says in the video, I'd hate to replace RTV every time I change a light bulb.

I had the same issue. I took mine off, cleaned the area and then used Clear silicone sealant and reinstalled. Haven't had a leak since. I did the same thing when i installed my Cab lights and also around my Sat antenna. IT will start to leak as well so might as well hit all the spots you can.

I lifted my back seat about a month ago to put some stuff under it and both sides were full of water. My brake light had spider cracks all over the back of it. The front looked perfect. Ended up getting a new light assembly.
