2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission cab/chassis quad cabs

Does anyone know if there were ever any 2nd generation cab/chassis with either the club cab or quad cab? I mean the real cab/chassis not a bed delete. I would love to find one with the 84" cab to axle ratio to mount a 12' cube body on but am having difficulty finding any. Did DC even produce any such bird? Thanks for all replies.

The truck your descirbing was never made. That is another one of the models that everyone but Dodge made. If you want a CC/QC chassis cab, you will have to take the bed off yourself and if you want the 84" of cab to axle length, you will have to have the frame stretched.
