If equipped, should be under the dash, passenger side.

I access it easily behind the glove compartment

2010 2500/3500 didn't have one. Unless someone added it - a relatively common mod requiring cutting the air box and using a door from a 1500. Otherwise, none exists.

Geno's Garage offers a kit for installing in HVAC right side under dash, the unit is marked already from the factory for the install use hot knife to cut the duct, take your time cutting.
