Cab fresh filter kit

I installed a set yesterday. The picture in Geno's catalog and on the package would lead you to believe that the white part of the filter should be visible through the holes in the plastic. However, I can see no way to have them fit properly unless the charcoal part of the filter is visible through the holes. Am I wrong?

John. . you are correct, I also faced the same question. I belive they did that in the catalog just for display and to "hilite" the holes as black on black would not contrast well... jmho.

But I must say it's a great addition to our trucks I have noted less dust entering the ducts for the past year

Black side up is only Way it fit for me,also I needed to drill a new hole in one spot on each vent for tighter mounting,don't remember were. Chris
