i have a 2010 dodge 3500 megacab laramie with sunroof. a few nights ago we had a big rain storm. the following morning i started up to go to work and saw water dripping from the top screw cover on the pillar mounted grab handle. i am not 1000% certain the door was closed all the way but I'm 999% it was. i dont believe the water got in through the sunroof but somehow snuck in between the cab seal and the door. anyone have the same problem?

I had the same problem on a 2007. It was the windshield it self leaking. It would only do it in a carwash.

My 2010 has a small crack on the bottom of the windshield that will be replaced next week under warranty. There are glass installers that make mistakes.

I have the exact same problem with mine. Water leaking out of the passenger grab handle after a bad rainstorm. Oddly enough mine doesn't leak in car washes or when driving in a heavy rainstorm. *shrug. It leaked so bad the other day the floor mat on the passenger side was soaking wet.

my 07 had the leak the drain that goes down the a pillar gets bblocked from the factory open front door and move the foam thats in there and try to unblock it, also the front drains are smaller then the rear ones so if its going to be a heavy rain try having truck on aN up hill direction

i checked with dave smith motors. they have changed a lot of driver side sunroof drain hoses. they mentioned the hose is too short, but i can see it attached at the drain and at the door sill exit. called my local dealer and surprise, they know nothing about it. they wont check for a recall or a rapid response unless i bring the car in. leaked last night in the rain.

i blew out drivers side drain vent and then poured water down tube. cleaned sunroof rubber seal. no leaks in the last few rains and 2 car washes.
