I started the process of upgrading the lens, if you count I unscrewed one to see how they are factory mounted.
There are 2 small plastic insert that go left to right on the existing.
I got some new 2010+ lens from Geno's, they go front to back.
I think I'm going to pop out the inserts and try to reuse or get some new ones. I don't think just screwing them in the sheet metal will fly for me.
Bulbs have to be swapped over to a colored bulb, the clear ones don't look quite right.
