cab lights on 04.5

I have an 2500 CCLBW 04. 5 want to know if truck is wired with same hareness as 3500 that has cab lights? Cant see the folks at Dodge making two different wire harnesses for different trucks would be nice to have for install

I've read here where some of the guys who have added cab lights have had to run the wire down the A pillar to get to the running light circuit but can't tell you which trucks those were... .

I'd assume that the trucks would have one harness and they just install the accessories. .
