Cab lights

My boy just bought his first Dodge/Cummins. It is a 93 dually 4wd. It is missing one of the clearance lights on top of the cab. I've done the search thing and have found the Hella replacements. Will the 2nd or 3rd gen lights fit without having to drill new holes? The boy is on a budget and it will be less expensive to put the newer style on since we will have to replace all five anyway, if they fit without modification.
