My cab marker lights have finally started leaking (I have the orig hidden gasket style) and I noticed the new '10s have a clear light that otherwise looks just like mine. Does anybody know if the 2010's will bolt on my 03?

TIA,
Scotty

Prairie Dog ... . I have a 2004 and i changed them with the 2010 marker lights. Everything is the same. As long as the screws are at each end of the light you are good to go. Some model years the screws are at the middle of the light across from each other. The amber bulbs are a separate item... ... ED

Thanks TW, yes mine are at each end. And thanks again for the tip on the bulbs, I found a set on EBay for $104 but I'll have to make sure I get the bulbs.

Bulb Type

Don't mean to hijack the thread but what bulbs does the cab marker use and is it connected to the computer that if I change it to LED it will tell me "light out"?

They use 194's from what I can find and I don't know for sure but I don't think the puter looks at the overheads. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. If nothing else, I'll do a little experiment when I get the new lenses at let you know.

Just remembered I had an extra bulb left over from changing my 2004 to the 2010 marker lights in its original package from Pep Boys ..... Part # 168NA ( Amber Bulb ) Don't know about using Led bulbs.

Thanks for the PN. Google shows 194 = 1. 5 candle power & 168NA = 2. 5 CP.

So the 194 would be really dim.

I'm not using LED bulbs but I changed the whole marker light set to Recon LEDs and haven't had a problem with the lamp out indicator.

On my Dually I replaced all the cab and side marker lights with blacked out Recon LED lights with no problems. Look sharp on a black truck.
