cab to bed alignment

I was washing my truck and noticed the cab was shifted to the pass. side by about 3/4 to 7/8". The cab lined up with the bed on the pass. side and the bed stuck out past the cab on the drivers side. My local dealer realigned the cab on the frame to correct the problem. I walked the lot with a salesmen and the service manager and noticed about 60% of the trucks had the same issue as mine be not as bad.



The dealer I purchased the truck from called today to see if the local dealer fix the alignment and if DC paid the clam. Apperently they have a customer in Alaska with the same problem and want to use mine as an example to summit his clam to DC.



I have been very happy with the service both dealers have provided aspecially my local dealer, for fixing the issue so quickly.



I hope this helps anyone looking at new trucks.

Wow I wish I had your dealership, Mine would not give me the time of day on this issue. I had a steering and brake failure, called the dealer, drove down there, They were not able to duplicate, Service manager was going to call Chrysler and I have never heard back from him dispite my several calls and emails to the dealer. If ever in Monroe Wa. that is the service you can expect from the local dealer
