CAC boot

Doing my annual undercoating and I remove all the fender liners to gain access to everything.

I found a gash on the CAC boot going into the after cooler. Looking online it seems that Mopar only sells the whole unit from the turbo to the cooler? Has anyone found the OEM individual boots?

Check on Geno’s. I see they have have a few hoses listed. You may have to cut a factory band clamp off but it looks like the new hose comes with clamps

Thanks for the suggestion, but they only list
up to 2012. I checked both online and their catalog.

Page 28 or thereabouts..For example FTL and W/Star use the 1020-001 in most applications...

On my 14 it is more like a 45. If I remember right my 98 was straight.
I just got a better look and see why they aren't available as separate boots from Mopar. The top of the boot looks like a clamp but is a permanent crimped connection....bummer. Looks like I'm going to either be stuck replacing the whole shebang or buying aftermarket. And from what I've seen aftermarket only sells complete kits for the whole system.

Truck dealers will have the popular ones right in stock. In FTL parts language there will a vendor code of “FLF” in front of the part number...
