Another NG....

leveling kits??

It's not real close but the Ramrunners meet the third Tuesday of each month in San Jose. Usually a pretty good-sized group of trucks show up. You are welcome to join if you are ever in the area.

I am in central calif area (close to fresno). is there any others close by and is there a meeting or such in this area? thanks

lumberjack98,

Lookup Reb. B he lives up that way in Riverdale and knows diesels like nobody's business. He also races and installs Goerend transmission. He is a member on TDR and knows a bunch of diesel guys all over California.

Take care,

Casey

There are a few of us around. Hopefully more of them will speak up. What is close to Fresno? I live here in Fresno. Reb (Brown's Diesel) is out in Riverdale. It's great to have a brother doing this stuff when you do something stupid and blow something up. :-laf :D

I live in the Los Angeles area, north of Valencia. New to this group and looking for some service info on independent shops in my area. Anyone in the L. A. area have any input. One member suggested a member wrench around 100 miles from my home, but I would like to find someone closer.

thanks,

Jack

I live near Bouquet Canyon and Copper Hill. Welcome to the TDR. Don't know of any good mechanics nearby. A friend of mine used to work for Cummins, building them Haven't needed them so far. Luckily my lift pump is still okay. Knock on wood. Will be installing gauges soon.

For what its worth, Im in Simi Valley and fairly new to the group.

I dont know of any diesel mechs.

What I would like to find is a dyno shop close so I could find out what my stocker is doing.

The last time I tried, the company wasnt able to give me any numbers.

I saw this post a little late but I am over here in Paso Robles. I would be willing to drive a bit to meet some other Dodge fans. If you need help I am still just learning with these diesels but I can help out with the simple stuff or maybe just bring the drinks.

ChrleB1-Thanks for the welocome. What kind of fun stuff is your brother doing over there in his shop? I might just have to head over and drop my truck off for some tinkerin.

I'm in Santa Barbara, and I'm looking for a good transmission shop. donnier-

I'm sure they don't know much about diesel trucks, but I've heard that bottle-blown racing in Camarillo has a dyno; This is their webpage.
