I need a head gaskett and timing cover gaskett changed in the Sonora Ca. area. It's a 96 12 valve... still drives but leaks anti freeze and oil . . Does any one know of a good shop in a 200 mi radius thats afforable and good ... Dodge dealership wanted 3500$ ... theyre crazy... . thanks... ... ..... :

I'm not exactly sure where Sonora is located but if its close to Sacramento call Imler Diesel at 916-920-3775. Its a good shop and I think he's honest. Good luck.

It's a little farther but Reb Brown is in Riverdale, about 20 miles south of Fresno, but he can fix your truck and give you a fair price. Brown's Diesel 559-355-4433

I too have to recommend Richard Brown. His shop is in Riverdale, Browns Diesel, around 140 miles southwest of Sonora. Richard has done quite a bit of work for me. He's very reasonable and his work is second to none.

When I had my head gasket replaced a couple years ago I went to J & H in Redding. I replaced the headbolts as a precaution because of the hi miles I have you never know. Do you know Brandon at five minute oil change on Oakdale road in Modesto ? Stormy
