I have a 2008 4500 CC. Replacing driver caliper, when I try and screw in new brake fluid line bolt into the new caliper it will turn 2-3 threads then stops. Both new bolt and old bolt screw in old caliper just fine. I also ran a tap thru new caliper and tap went in with no problems using only fingers to run tap thru.
My only thought now is that the bolt might be tapered some to act like a self locking bolt? Just cautious on running bolt into caliper without hearing feed back from yall. Has anyone experienced this same situation?
