Camper on the cover of Issue 33?

Does anyone know the Manufacturer of the camper on the cover of Issue 33? The text on page #4 only discribes it as a "boxed-sized" camper in "Jerry's" regular cab.



Any info or a website would be appreciated.

Hello,

The camper is a "Callen", they are out of San Diego, Calif. Their phone number is (619) 442-3305. They are a very small company, a father, son, and a couple of workers is all. They will build anything you want at a very resonable price. The camper is very strong, framing is all steel, outside skin is aluminum, fully insullated, inside is paneled. I designed the rear doors as a door within a door. A small door for entering and exiting is hinged as usual and that door is placed within a larger door which is hinged at the top to open and is used as a sun shade. The large unit is help up with two hydrolic arms. Callen Campers also offers a rack that is very nice and strong, I opted to make my own out of aluminum, but would not do that again (way to much work). An interesting side note, Jim Callen has some pictures at his shop showing one of his campers which had rolled four times down an embankment. The truck was distroyed, the camper had only minor damage to one corner. There were three passangers in the camper at the time and all survived with only minor bruises. The folks in the cab of the truck were not as lucky. I also did the build out on the interior, but callen will do that also if you would prefer.
